Leadership

Lillian Fellowship Church, a Presbyterian denomination, uses a representative form of government. The Pastor is called and voted on by the congregation. The Elders and Deacons are nominated, elected and voted on by the congregation. 

Committees help manage the various ministries and are made up of church members:

• Finance—Oversees accounting, banking functions, and advises in budgeting for the church and other committees

• Facilities—Manages and cares for all church physical property

• Mercy—Manages prayer chain, stays in contact with those who are in need of special care by visiting, sending flowers, cards and providing meals

• Missions—Maintains contact with supported missionaries and outreach ministries locally and in foreign lands
